Michele Jiosne, Director of Client Services

Michele began her career at Doherty five years ago as an HR Manager. As a member of the leadership team, she leads various corporate-wide initiatives. Her background includes in-depth experience in health and welfare benefits design, implementation and communication, HRIS, customer service and HR communications.  Prior to joining Doherty, she was a functional consultant for a major software company’s implementation partner. Michele holds the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) designation. She held a board position in Store to Door and was an event leader for Single Volunteers of the Twin Cities. In her leisure time, Michele enjoys decorating and theater.
